I will produce an original yoga practice video, customized for your requirements.
- This can be a flow custom made to deal with a particular physical ailment.
- A flow aiming to tone fatty parts of the body.
- A practice video that can be used to build confidence before joining a yoga class.
- A gentle flow for a group of senior citizens meeting every week to practice yoga together.
I will design the flow after an initial chat to understand your needs. Alternatively I can create a flow with a list of poses you provide.
The voice instructions will breakdown each pose and cue breathing so even an absolute beginner can follow with ease. All instructions will be in English and subtitles will be provided on request for an extra charge.
Gig packages are based on video length. All modifications to the given format will be accommodated with a price change.
