Write Meal Plans For Weight Loss











About:

I will provide 3 meal plans: 7 days, 14 days and 21 days.



Each meal plan will consist of 3 meals and 3 snacks daily.



Each meal plan provides portion sizes and macros.



Meal plans involve minimal cooking.



Included with each meal plan: Kitchen Clean Out Checklist and Food Swap List



There will be 2 calorie levels. One for clients who weigh 200 pounds or less. One for clients who weigh more than 200 pounds. Please specify your weight when placing order.
