About:
I am a Hatha Yoga teacher. In my classes I use a combination of authentic practices of a Traditional Himalayan Yoga ( includes Hatha Yoga techniques - asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, shatkarma; Samyak kriya; Nidra Yoga) that help to unite our Body, Mind and Spirit. During the practice I will guide your attention inward to the sensations. To stay healthy, conscious, relaxed and responsible under any circumstances.
Practice includes:
- warming up exercise
- basic asanas
- pranayama (breathing exercise)
- bandha (body lock)
- Kriya yoga elements
- relaxation
- meditation on demand
I provide yoga practice for begginers.
Yoga is a tool that helps to hear, feel and understand yourself. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates.
Beautiful poses, becoming flexible or standing on your hands is not the goal.
The goal is to Find Peace within yourself, to Accept, to Love yourself and realize - SoHum - I Am!
