Each workout plan is written based on your goals, current fitness levels, access to equipment, illnesses or injuries, and the amount of time you have available to exercise each week. No two plans written are ever the same!
Each plan includes a free consultation to ascertain the above information, as well as a few other questions to help me design the best program for you.
Ongoing support is also included in the program.
Each program also includes links to videos showing how to perform each exercise with correct form, as well as a cheat sheet explaining exercise terms and breaking down how to read the program.
