If you are lost and are not sure how to reach your fitness goals I am here to help! I know the world of fitness can be so confusing these days. It seems like the internet is full of contradicting workout and nutrition advice!
I have spent a ton of time taking courses, reading books, and anything else you can imagine to teach myself as much about training, nutrition, and overall human health and performance!
Due to this all of my training programs and nutrition advice are backed by science and research! You won't need to be confused any longer!
As a very experienced athletic and personal trainer I have mastered the process of building muscle, gaining strength, losing weight or running, and jumping faster through training and nutrition! I want to use these skills to help you reach any fitness goal you have!
I use a combination of compound, mobility, stability, and dynamic exercises to get you to your goals as fast as possible.
You will receive
- A 4 or 8-week workout program comprised of 4 workouts to be done each week
- A 14-page nutrition guide that breaks down the complexity of nutrition into simple goals for you to achieve
- A calorie calculator for standard and above
