I am providing a service for people with or without mental health disorders, Substance abuse, or just needing direction in life to share my own experiences with and to help people become strong in their own recovery or just life! I have been on my own journey for over 15 years and have been helping others for the last 6. This is my passion and I hope to be able to help others through this service!!
