Listen And Breathe With You

Listening and Breath work.

You can tell me as much as you want of your life and problems and I will be a non-judgmental, compassionate listener for you. Then when you're ready and with my guidance we will do breathing exercises to release the anxiety, sadness or pain of your experience. Options for meditation and visualization, body scans of somatic holding, and forceful breathing for traumatic release.

For a basic introductory session we will do about half and half listening and breath work. This can be customized to include more listening and venting time, or more breathing and visualization as needed.

Can be exclusively listening or breath work if decided in advance.
