Greetings everyone!
My name is Maheen. I am a graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and have specialized in the field of nutrition, having helped numerous people in achieving their health and fitness goals.
I will provide daily/weekly meal plans, after having had a nutritional assessment consultation with you to make sure I can help you fulfill your dietary goals and needs.
My plan will make sure to be according to your health or medical concerns/issues, food allergies/intolerances, food preferences, time and affordability.
My Plan will consist of:
- A calorie-counted nutritious meal according to your needs and goals.
- Easy-to-make Plans for each meal of the day tailored to health concerns and sustainability.
- Healthful snacking options.
Please NOTE: Brief instructions to ingredients / making each meal shall be given upon request, with small addition. Nutritional guidelines shall also be provided.
