I have been making customized diet plans as a nutritionist for 12 years. I usually work on weight loss.
I have lived in China, the UK, and Turkey. So I have full knowledge of Asian, European, and Mediterranean cuisine and markets.
My approach is to teach my clients to balance nutrition. I don't label foods as good or bad, healthy or unhealthy. I love the quote that 'the dose makes the poison.'
So if you eat in balance, none of the foods will be bad for you, but if you lose your balance, even the healthiest foods can be harmful. So I always consider food diversity when making diet plans.
What will you find in your sessions with me?
- In the first step, I really want to learn about your eating habits and lifestyle. So I will have some questions for you to get to know you better!
- After getting some information about you, I will explain what we can change in your life, your food choices, and what we can add or reduce to your diet.
- I will prepare customized diet plans for each session. I will always consider your needs and monitor your progress toward your goal.
