DAILY COMMUNICATION

I will communicate with you everyday to check on progress and concerns that may arise

NUTRITION EDUCATION

Teaching Basic nutrition and health information and knowledge to help you make the healthiest choice.

I will also provide analytic information: food groups, protein, carbs and fat distribution.
