You don't have to go through life's growing pains alone. I will hold a safe container for you and share the magical therapy of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you release any subconscious blocks which are holding you back from feeling your best self.



What is EFT?



EFT is a proven alternative therapy for physical and emotional pain using the techniques of traditional chinese medicine and acupressure points to release stuck energy throughout meridian points within the body.



The technique is carried out by using the hands to tap pressure points on the body whilst rewiring thought patterns using a CBT approach (cognitive behavioural therapy).



My goal as an EFT therapist is to hold a safe and nurturing space for you whilst we gently peel through the layers that hold you back in your daily life. Whether it's a nagging critical voice, anxiety, a lack of self love or past traumas.
