Be Your Dietitian And Make You A Meal Plan

I’m Brittany, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Health & wellness is a passion of mine. I have an educational background in nutrition science & longevity from my Masters @ USC. I love helping others lead a healthier lifestyle & make positive dietary changes. I run an online private practice specializing in nutritional coaching.



I am expanding my services to include professional meal plans! After our consultative assessment, I then create a personalized meal plan that will meet your needs & goals. My meal plans utilize clean ingredients & help guide you how to cook simply delicious meals to nourish your body.



In your meal plan you will receive recipes, instructions, a grocery list, a nutritional breakdown for each recipe.



The Meal Plan will consist of:

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks each day for the week
  • Daily Calories, Macros (protein, fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, cholesterol) and Micros (sodium, vitamin a, vitamin c, calcium, iron) for each day
  • Instructions and Nutrition Breakdown for every recipe
  • Grocery List for each weeks meal plan



My meal plans will be tailored to your nutritional needs & can be adjusted per your allergies & intolerances, taste, budget & available time.
