Hi, I'm Steve!
I am a semi-professional footballer and fitness nut! I recently completed the 4x4x48 challenge (running 48 miles in 48 hours) and I am currently training for my first Iron Man event.
I have 7+ years experience in elite sporting environments, learning the most effective methods to improving fitness and getting in shape, quick. I now implement these methods in my own life, as well as sharing them with my clients so they can look and feel great.
I offer a package that is different to most fitness plans. All of the workouts are less than 30 minutes and can be completed with minimal equipment and space. I focus on intensity rather than volume, which speed up the transformation process and makes the workouts more fun and engaging. I also cater for those with access to a gym and a range of equipment (I can tailor all workout plans dependent on what equipment/space is available).
I also provide nutritional guidance for a range of dietary requirements, including tailored calorie and macronutrient plans.
