I have a marvelous background, practical knowledge and university education regarding Food Science which made me an efficient professional and researcher in Food Sciences. My research on Cheese made from Probiotics and Buffalo milk has an international attraction in this field while I am leading a project of Water and Beverages in a reputed university.
I have hand on experience with Quality checking of Foods especially Milk (Determination of Adulterants in Milk). Cheese manufacturing like Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Cheddar have polished my expertise.
Now, i am teaching Food Science & Technology program in University where quality control and microbiological laboratory establishment and water treatment plant installments are going through my hands. Also working as a technical team leader on Water Filtration and Beverages Project.
