  • Every 4 weeks we’ll improve specific factors of the muscle growth, changing the type of workout and focusing on different techniques.
  • You can also purchase the STANDARD LONG TERM BODY RECOMP (for novice, intermediate) or the PRO LONG TERM BODY RECOMP ( a full plan of bulk phases and cut phases for intermediate and advanced athletes)
  • I SUGGEST you a specific Macros guideline to apply and combine to the custom workout
  • I create customized SUGGESTED MEALS.
