Hello there! I’m here to help you become a better version of yourself by working with you in improving your habits. In getting out of a rut, working towards something big, or simply becoming a better person, our habits are the key factor in helping us achieve one of these goals.
I've personally struggled with my own habits before and through the years, I've worked on adopting different habits like fasting, meditation, veganism, working out, and waking up early. I've also eliminated bad habits like smoking, binge eating, and drinking.
With my experience and learning, I want to help you work towards a better you by crafting a plan for your habits, keeping you accountable through out the whole process, and giving you with tips that will help along the way.
