Create Your Workout Plan

I have been studying physiotherapy for over a year now and learned how to create good workout plans for clients there. After starting my studies I quickly started an apprenticeship at my local physiotherapist and learned a lot more.



I've always been really interested in working out and I frequently workout in my local gym. In my opinion it's best to first feel good about yourself and workout only for a hobby or to work on lifestyle.
