Hi there, whether you are an athlete who wants to incorporate yoga into your training program for stress relief, or for injury-prevention by improving your mobility and flexibility (this is how I started yoga), or if you are a newbie who wants to have a healthier mind & body, I can create the right yoga plan for you. We will have a consultation session first, so I can learn more about you and your goals. This consultation can be live (ie. through zoom), or I can send you a form for you to fill in. Then, I will create a weekly yoga plan for you. We can either have live yoga classes, or I can send you pre-recorded classes, so you can practice whenever you want.
